Exchange Your Anxiety for His Peace | Pastor Ben Dixon

Several modern statistics reveal that this could be the most anxious generation to ever exist. There are
many reasons for why this may be the case, but we need to know that worry and anxiety are not just a
modern struggle. In fact, Jesus speaks about worry, anxiety and peace many times and so do the other
writers of the New Testament. All of this points to a very important truth: our mental health matters.
Worry and anxiety have lots of contributing factors which we need to understand, but more than that,
we need to understand the promise of Scripture that God will give us His peace in exchange for our
anxiety. How do we make that exchange? Well, that is what the Apostle Paul talks about in our passage
today!
