Exchanging The Crown for The Cross | Mark 10:32-45

It’s not hard to be selfish. Our flesh constantly prods us toward the things that accommodate a self-centered life where we matter more than anyone else. At the same time, the Lord is always leading us toward a selfless path that brings life to others. The choice is ours. The Path of True Greatness | Mark 9:30-50

Most people desire to be great in one way or another. The wold says to not only ‘do better’ but ‘be better’ than everyone else, even if it’s at the expense of others. In stark contrast, Jesus says that true greatness comes through serving others, welcoming others, and dealing with our own sin.

Abortion and the Culture of Life

This last week, the Supreme Court of the USA overturned the historic case of Roe v. Wade which legalized abortion across our land in 1973. The question that we must answer is, “What does the Bible teach concerning life, life in the womb, and the issue of abortion?” We cannot afford to miss God’s perspective as revealed in Scripture because it not only gives us a line in the sand but a path to serve our very broken world.
